The way Baby Love scrunches up his nose to smile is the best. š

Chocolate covered apologies, I mean, strawberries are pretty nice. š

We had this cheap Ikea hamper for 7 years (maybe more?!) and it was on it’s last leg literally. Haha! So I finally upgraded to this sturdy double hamper and it’s been so nice having most things already separated.

This past week was a lot to handle. On Wednesday, we noticed water running outside our walls and found out we had a slab leak. Yep, another leak. >_< It took me until Friday to find a plumber to come out.

We were sad to have ruined part of the room Kim & Scott made over for us but no leak is a good trade off for a(nother) hole in the wall. I think I’m going to try to do the patching myself… Like I think I can actually do this one. Haha! Wish me luck.
Also, I mentioned on my personal FB that it’s SO hard to find a contractor/plumber who treats female clients with respect. (You know, because most folks have been condescending, rude, and sexist.) But I found someone ā Titus is the best! In fact, he’s coming back to replace our regulator and toilet this week! (Yes, more plumbing work. Haha!)

A big thank you to Brandie and John for helping me out and my sister for taking me out for a break! Last week was rough and there were lots of tears shed. It was exhausting mentally and physically and I ended up getting sick yesterday. But with lots of rest, my mom’s yummy food, and Brandon’s help, I’m feeling so much better this morning. š It’s a new week and I’m feeling recharged! ā¤
Lots of Smiles,
